GREAT SERVICE AT TILLPOINT

On Saturday 24 March, I purchased items to the value of R707. When I got to the tillpoint, I was assisted by NOSIVIWE TUTUKA. Just as she was scanning my items, I looked in my wallet & realized that my card was not there & that I may have left it at home. This has never happened before & I was quite embarrassed by this experience. I was also nervous & panicking as there was a few customers behind me in the queue. I was so suprised at how cool, calm & collected the cashier's demeanor was; not even showing a hint of irritation. She then made the suggestion to scan all my items & called a supervisor to keep it while I go home & fetch my card. I came back with my card, & as soon as she recognized my face, she smiled warmly. She then assisted me at the tillpoint again, called her supervisor. She never showed any hint of irritation or frustration, and even when other customers are panicking & getting upset, she re-assured them they will be assisted by not holding up the queue. Instead she took initiative; and had a smile on her face. Ive never received such excellent service. I hope this girl will be recognized for her valuable input in the business.
