Great service as an apology

I ordered groceries on the ASAP app to be delivered to my work. Unfortunately the delivery was delayed. After contacting the customer service centre, Donovan Powell contacted me and arranged for the delivery, but could not get it to me before I had to leave for home. I cancelled the order. Only for Donovan Powell to contact me the next day and apologize by giving me my order free of charge with a very cute Pick and Pay cooler bag. Thank you Pick n Pay Village Mall, Hartbee****rt. Please note this was during black Friday specials and they were extremely busy.
