Great service after returning a damaged shirt

On Sunday 14th of January '18 I bought a shirt at PNP Clothing's New Redruth, Alberton's branch only to realise that there are ink stains on the non-printed part of it. The shirt was returned and since the same shirt of the same size was not in stock they gladly returned the money. I looked at 3 different branches afterwards and could not find the same shirt at any of them. It is a Californian summer-themed shirt I intend to wear during my honeymoon that is around the corner. I returned to the store and asked if they can order me a new one. Although they couldn't do it, a friendly man of the name Tebogo assisted me in locating one at another branch in Pretoria (which is where I will be the next morning). He phoned the branch and they kept the shirt for me.
