Great Service after a horrible experience at another branch
After trying to exchange a item that was damaged at Somerset West Branch, I went to Strand Branch and got the best service from Cynthesa, thank you for making me feel like a valued customer after being treated like utter *******. I will never go back to pick and pay clothing in somerset west. Am happy that the branch in strand was the redemption to your business.
