Great service

I would like to show appreciation and thanks giving to a woman who introduced herself as Ms Zanele Kona, A producing manager at Pick n pay Tubatse Crossing. She was very welcoming, had very good customer service, patience and she showed so much interest in me as a customer even though she was meeting me for the first time, she really made sure that I get what I was looking for and that I feel very free to come back to the store. Many retail stores need wonderful, hard working people who possess the abilities, capabilities and drive that Zanele has.. Making sure that customers are happy and surely coming back. Thank you very much for the best service you offered I really appreciate it, may pick n pay recognize your effort we really need people like you in the retail field.
