Great service

I would like to express my gratitude to the light skinned lady Nnuku for assisting me today with the cash withdrawal I wanted to do. None of the other tills could assist with a withdrawal of R500 after 18h00. I found that rather shocking. Nnuku communicated the availability of those funds in her till. Her service was exceptional. She also had a smile on her face. NB: Please address the terrible attitude of the security lady at the door. She behaved as if she didn't want to see my till slip from the other purchases I made. She also didn't seem interested in giving me my slip back after I comp**** with the processes of that branch and even after I handed it to her. We cannot have different experiences when visiting one store. That is unacceptable.
