Thank you Mario at Pick n Pay liquor store, I mentioned something to him which was a huge inconvenience to me. He then proceeded to assist me in a manner that was not necessary, but saved me a huge amount of time and frustration. This was a simple gesture, but this is very much appreciated. You can teach some staff in other areas about customer service, I am not a local but frequent Worcester often and will definitely visit your shop again in future.
