Great Service

<p>I went to PnP Liquor on Friday 7 July 2017, on Kloof Road in Bedfordview, if I am not mistaken it's at the Village View Shopping Centre.</p> <p>I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely friendly mature of the staff.</p> <p>No I am used to walking in an PnP and other stores and walking right past the security guard without getting a greeting out of them.</p> <p>On Friday I had had a very stressful day at work and needed something to wind down with. I got to the door and the guard greeted me, I stopped thinking that he wanted to say something but he was just greet me.</p> <p>I proceeded to get my 6 pack of savanna and went to the till point. The lady greeted me with a smile and I greeted back. We had a brief chat and she said thank you after everything I did. I gave her my Card to pay and she said thank you. She swiped the card and gave it back to me and said than you again. She bagged my drinks and said thank you and wished me a good and safe weekend. When I walked out the guard bid me farewell and also told me to have a good weekend.</p> <p>I have never had such a pleasant experience at a supermarket before but I will commend the staff for cheering me up and making my day. Their pleasant nature is needed in all your stores and if you have more employees like them, the business with have very great goodwill.</p>
