Great Service

I was at the Rosebank branch following the terrible experience I had at the Hyde Park branch. I only went to do my regular shopping. However, at the till I explained to the manager, Thuli, the experience I had at Hyde Park. She immediately asked for that slip and corrected the pricing issue. That was incredible, she understood the situation and took the steps to correct it even though it was not a fault of her branch. Joseph Setlhake was the cashier and he was just as wonderful. They truly represented PnP and deserve to be recognised for it!!! Thuli must be used as a role model for the staff to emulate, especially at Hyde Park.
