Great Price...but no stock, and not prepared to honour price later.

I'm getting very frustrated with PnP Online's number of items that are advertised as specials, but are out of stock. Please remove the advert if you know you don't have stock. Previously this happened to me in a PnP store and the manager sorted it out quickly, I filled in a form and the PnP Constantia store honoured the advertised price when the stock was again available (which was outside the promotion period)...now that is good service! I called the PNP online help line and was told they don't do that for online purchases...WELL THEN PLEASE DON'T ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DONT HAVE! This is in regard to HTH Chlorine 15kg @ R450.
