great customer service received
I had smart shopper points with a Rand value of R1183 in Dec 2017, when I went to buy on the 11th /Jan 2018 they were reduced to R640.The next day I ran to pick n pay Maponya to use the the R640 that was left and I was confused as to what happened to my points , a staff member by the name of Lionell helped me by calling head office and connecting me and he asked me to explain to them what happen and I got assisted, they told me that my points were going to be in my smart shopper card by Friday. I was so happy because I was saving the points so that I could buy food for my children and back to school stuff. I would like that say thank you so much to the gentleman who helped me, Thank you Lionell from Pick n pay Maponya Mall.you are a life saver and you have humanity.
