Great Customer Service I am in Awe

Last week I went to Pick n Pay Greenfields and I was so surprised at the cashier. Fikiswa 1 East London st welcomed me with open arms then she had a conversation with me asking me how my day was etc and then I realized I didn't have enough money with me so I called my husband to bring some money in my purse he also just assumed R100 would be enough anyways I was short with R10 to buy the worse on special and I put that back. After she rung up everything she asked if I wanted the worse I told yes but its fine she then asked if she could please pay the difference I didn't want to but she insisted she got money out of her pocket and paid the R10 I return back the next morning to give her R100 back she was so moved. We need more people like that who puts a smile on our faces during this awful Pandemic
