Great Customer Service from Nompulelo Zwane!
I went to Picknpay Woodmead on 02 May 2020 at around 16:20. I have been going there for the past three years as I stay and work around. The lady who was putting my groceries in the plastic was fantastic. Spreading joy and laughters during this difficult period. Her name is Nompumelo Zwane. She was very welcoming. I never experienced such customer service in that specific supermarket. If every worker can learn from her it will be a great place to shop. That's what is called Client Retention. I wish you well in your journey and pray that you get promoted one day. Keep up the great attitude. You are a Star!
