Great Customer Service

I had a bad experience at PnP Family two weeks ago and raised my dissatisfaction. Not too long after a manager called me and they offered to reimburse me not monetarily just to prove that it was a minor mistake. They do really consider their customers and I received exceptional service. Thank you
