Great customer service

There's a lady at carlton centre by the name of Duduzile Madonsela. I have never seen someone like her especially at pick n pay. What a happy person! What a lovely person ! You pay at her till and you will leave with a smile always. She's never grumpy like some. When you want cashback and she doesn't have, she tells you to wait and she apologises the whole time you are waiting. I actually don't think there is enough space here for me to write about the superb customer service one gets from that lady, not once but always.
