Great customer service

I went to pick n pay MALL OF THE NORTH a few days after the school had reopened. I wanted to get some few things for the little ones for school. One of the items were the six pack PnP juices because i saw they were discounted on the pick n pay app.

I asked two wonderful ladies working at the store if the discounts applies for store purchase aswell. They kindly told me that it only applies to online purchases only and they literally went through the store to find the discounted CERES six pack juices. They were so KIND and HELPFUL. The level of customer service was TOP TIER. Thank you so much and keep up the good work. Im just disappointed at myself for not getting their names☹️
