Great Customer service

I had a complaint about Pick N Pay Maponya mall and their Oreo's special stock levels. Been to the store a couple of times and did not get any... And was heavily disappointed. Took it upon myself to write them and email expressing my dissatisfactions. On Saturday, I got a call from the Manager by the Name of Tlhoriso (Mthuthu). He listened to my side of the story but not only just listening for the sake of...I could tell from the call that He did that to assure me that he cares for me as his customers and what I also got from our telephonic conversation is that Tlhoriso - will go out of his way in ensuring that out of the 10 customer, if one is an unhappy customer, he will go out of his way and go an extra mile just for that particular customer to leave the store with a Smile. He completely made my day. I was not expecting anything as I was already calm by the time we finished talking but he calmly said " just because I value you as a customer kindly visit the store again anytime and ask for Tlhoriso- and proceeded to say: get your Oreo biscuits and I will make sure you pay the very same amount as the one that was charged during the running of the special. And I am happy to say he lived up to his words. I know have my Oreo's! I couldn't believe it! Went to the Store today on Sunday and looked for Tlhoriso and upon seeing me he said with a smile: you are the Oreo lady... Lol. The genuineness of this man, the professionalism and the care, totally out of this world. We need such managers. Tlhoriso is that Manager who wears the Pick n Pay Flag with pride! I even saw how he interacted with other customers other than myself, I was In awe, I have never seen such a great display of true leadership, professionalism and great customer service! He is a true Gem. Pick n Pay is very lucky to have him. He turned my disappointment to Joy in seconds... The best customer service ever received. Thank you Pick n Pay for having afforded him a chance to be a Manager. You definitely nailed it!!!
