Great Customer Service

<p>On the 18th of June I went to PnP, Rustenburg, Platinum Shopping Centre to do my weekly grocery shopping. I printed my Smart Shopper vouchers and one of them was for the PnP yellow apples 1kgs which they didn't have in stock. I want to first thank the gentleman (whose name I didn't get) who was serving the fruit and veg section for his good service. And when he wasn't sure of how to help he called the Manager, Eon and they allowed me to take PnP red apples instead using the same coupon. </p> <p>I feel they could have easily said "too bad so sad, we are out of stock" but they worked together to come up with a solution and I left the shop with a smile :-)</p> <p>Kudos to you guys for being accommodative. </p> <p>P.S. I have had experiences in other PnPs where I couldn't use my vouchers because there was no stock!</p>
