Great Attitude and Service Rendered (Rodney and Glenn)

We bought a refrigerator from Pick and Pay Hyper Backenfell which had a manufacturing fault. After some minor hiccups both Rodney (Pick & Pay Hyper) and Glen (National Manager Johannesburg) were very passionate in replacing my fridge in a timely manner. a Big thank you to Rodney for going the extra mile in resolving my query. A big thanks to Glen as well who contacted me within less than an hour after receiving my request. This is exceptional service as many managers and senior managers don't care to phone customers back to listen to their complaints and resolve their queries.
