Great assistance in time of trouble

I was at Pick 'n Pay Observatory on Thursday 23rd July after work, and had my purse ****** from my bag. The lady at the information desk is to be commended - she was very attentive and helpful, helping me to phone banks to cancel my cards, while security was reviewing their tapes. SAPS has since reviewed them as well. She even came out after me with a fruit juice to drink, as I was trembling from the shock of it all. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.
