Great customer service from Lady Nontsokolo, Mr. Wiri and Mr. Thabo form Pick n Pay Hyper Klerksdorp. When I came emotionally wounded from another pick n pay in the same town refusing to refund or exchange because of a box they demanded which I did not have and did not know I must keep as I was not told to keep the box even their till does not mention anything about keeping the box for a year... I was humiliated and emotionally traumatized by this gentleman. I went to the big store and the first person I met was Nontsokolo who listened actively when I explained my encounter a few moments ago and she was very kind and supportive and took me to the her colleague Mr. Wiri who also was very Compassionate and felt so sorry for what I went thru and after I gave them the till slip and the broken kettle they exchanged it for me. Then because of a great service I wanted to compliment their great service not because they exchanged the kettle but they treat their customers with respect and dignity. They were very courteous. They understand that human beings have feelings and they hurt as a result they must treat them with love. Then Mr. Thabo advised me to use social media platforms to write my appreciation to their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Pick n Pay Hyper Klerksdorp please acknowledge them.
