GRAHAMSTOWN Pick n Pay

During this time of lockdown, it must be incredibly difficult for people to go to work knowing that they are at risk.

I emailed grocery orders to Pick n Pay Grahamstown for collection later in the day. The staff phone when the order is ready with polite, friendly and efficient sounding voices. Upon collection, they are alerted by the security guard and two people come out. One to put the groceries in the boot and another with a card machine. Both are friendly, mindful of safety protocols, professional, quick and efficient.

A big thank you to the staff for effieciently carrying out the whole process. I feel privileged and humbled with much gratitude.
