Got insultant by the cashier.

so yesterday just after 3pm I go to Pick n Pay to go buy some small groceries. i Que on the line only to see a notice that in the Que I am on they only allow cash, so i went out to withdraw cash then got back to the que. I get to the front only to be insultant by the cashier, she tells me that she only assist people with 10 items, then i tell her that the notice says that till 1& 2 is 10 items or less and she is sitting at till four, then this girl with a cheap lipstick has the odesity to tell me that i am acting dumb and that she will only pay the 10 items, i asked her what should I do with the rest of the items she tells me that i must go back and que again. I asked her to call me her manager and she calls the supervisor, who found it so amusing that she just said we should drop it and she must continue and pay all the items, there wasnt any apology or anything. This made me wonder that is this the kind of staff pick n pay hires and what kind of training are they given if a cashier can tell a client she is acting dumb, and is not even embarresed to say it, and on top of that she gives me a stinky attitude. I AM REALLY DISGUSTED BY THE SERVICE I GOT.
