gossiping while im being assisted

On 09-01-2016 at about 16h12 I was at pic n pay doing some shopping when I get to the till, the cashier does not great me the only thing she asked do you want a plastic. But she is busy gossiping with another co worker in front of me worse thing I gave her the money in hand and when she has to give me the change she just put it on the counter and carry on with her gossiping no thank you no nothing. Poor poor poor service.
