Gossiping at work/dismissing a client for gossiping

I walked in pick and pay looking to buy cerelec 4 my beautiful boy so I was looking and ddnt find what I was looking for then I started looking for help.i found three ladies and when I asked for help they said they are in a meeting and I eardropped the was gossiping happening there and they just dismissed me just like that an old lady with coloured and her colleagues their service is not to the level that this store represent highly disappointed in the and the service something has to be done thank you
