Gossiping about customers

While visiting the Pick n Pay at park meadows as I usually do when I need something to eat or drink etc. Standing at the till the one lady is sitting there gossiping about me and a colleague while the other is assisting us little does she know that I understand Zulu and is busy hearing everything they say! That is so disrespectful to say the least. They often visit my place of work and never for a second does gossiping about my clientele come to mind as all of us work in a service driving environment and respect for clients is essential.
