Goods to the value of R500 ordered 3 days ago have not been delivered.

The app was so much more effecient as Bottles. The few issues I had were resolved quickly and professionally when I ordered with Bottles.

I have ordered using Pick n Pay asap twice. The first time, I receive a broken bottle of sauce, which I got cut with. The sauce messed all my other items. It took me hours to clean and it was dangerous. All I got after several follow times of following up, was a refund on the sauce.

I gave them a second chance on Friday. About R500 worth of items have not been delivered. I have paid for these items. And the coffee delivered was not the one I ordered.

I don't know where to go from here.
