Goods not delivered but paid since 2 weeks

I ordered on the bottles app pick n pay on 26 nov 2021 i paid and my order was never delivered, i called about 7 times and also emailed 11 times to different people and till this day it was not resolved. i even emailed staff at pick n pay muizenberg and after a while i guess i was blocked. I am so disappointed i mean this is my money and also why over the service if you cannot deliver. On the app it said my order was delivered now they cant find the drivers details who delivered my goods to someone else, who i do not know. The 2nd driver delivered something and i called back to say this is not my order an incorrect order after trying to fix the 1st problem I mean how many times are you guys going to get this wrong I am still waiting.
