GOODS EXCHANGE

I purchased 2x dog leash from Pick n Pay Comaro over the weekend and when I got home I realized that they were a little too short for my Rottweilers, then I went to exchange them at Pick n Pay Meyerton since I reside there and I do my groceries there. To my surprise the manager there said they can't accept them cause they are not fast moving items, I then walked out after telling them that they will never see my money again and I left the trolley there as I was also trying to do my grocery. The man didn't seem to care that he was loosing a customer that has been supporting his shop all this time. I'm really disappointed with the level of service I received from them. He even said I can go ahead and report him.
