Good staff make a great difference

I bought the wrong size shorts and needed to swop them at Pick 'n Pay Clothing. Richard at Plumstead patiently searched through the stock on hand and, finding none in my size, offered to try and locate a pair elsewhere for me. He called several other branches, eventually succeeding, and reserved the item for me for collection (I picked up the item the next day, spotted another colour and decided to get a second pair too!). I was struck by his pleasant dedication and commitment and, mostly, that all this was so generously offered of his own accord. Well done Richard and Pick 'n Pay.
