Good service isn't completely dead yet....

I want to commend Sisizwe from the appliances and sport dept at Northgate Pick n Pay. I went in there the other day looking for crockery sets and Sisizwe was more than happy to help me even though it was not her department. She then also had a discussion with me about my needs and helped me with advice around a couple of appliances I may well need too. In a country and at a time where customer service is so poor most of the time, I wanted to commend her for her professional attitude and her commitment to her customers. Thank you Sisizwe for making my trip to the shop so much better than I expected.
