Good Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I visited 2 of your stores this weekend and I would just like to commend the Kenilworth and Canal Walk stores both on really making an effort to make their customers feel welcome.</p> <p>As a muslim customer, every year around Christmas time you walk into a mall and there is Xmas lights and decor all over the place (which is great) but Pick 'n Pay seems to be the only retailer that really goes all out with their Ramadaan Decor. It's really good to see that at least one retailer recognises that there is more than one type of customer.</p> <p>Not only did they make an effort to make the muslims holy month feel special, the staff were all super friendly. Every single time I walk into a Checkers supermarket the staff all seem uninterested and have a very negative attitude towards helping customers (especially their cashiers) but when I walk into Pick 'n Pay I'm always greeted with a smile.</p> <p>Well done, and keep it up!!</p>
