Good not delivered

I made an order on the pick n pay ASAP app on Saturday which was said to be delivered at 16:00 which changed to following day but I kept getting calls that the driver is on the way hence I would wait outside no order came. Following day times kept changing and I kept calling customer service to find out whats happening which I would be told the order is on the way they gave me a driver's number, I called the driver he said he went to collect the order and nothing was given, I tried to cancel the order and they said the order was canceled they will process the refund but the app kept processing so I kept calling to confirm cancelation and at 2pm it notified me that the driver was on the way which never arrived but order said delivered. I've been calling customer service since and to date no refund has been processed. I would appreciate my refund.
