Good day please note that I am xpmpmaining about an employee called Percy Ngwako, he is so rude and doesn't want to help or assist customers. I wanted to make sure that he trends but pity I don't have his photo. I will never set foot in that store and its useless managers that need to take their employees to a proper customer service training so that they know what to do when customers are seeking help or assistance.
