Good day, my pnp asap delivery man left with my order as I did not hear him calling me, when I called the number he had called me on he demanded R35 cash to be paid to him to bring it back. I agreed just to get my order, when he arrived I told him I'd do a cash send, he said he didn't believe me. I also asked why he had marked the goods delivered on the app when they haven't been. He drove off. I have tried calling them the phone just rings, I spoke to about 6 people at the call centre, my issue was please don't do a refund it will not work, as I used a British bank card. They ignored me and did one anyway which has been pending for three weeks. All I wanted was my delivery to be redelivered. I feel like they have ****** from me, I've been communicating with the supervisor for their asap service asked her for managers number she refused to give it to me and now I'm being ignored by everyone nearly a month later this has not been resolved.
