Good day I would like to write about an incident that took place in pick n pay Clearwater. My friend and I work around the mall and we usually buy food at Pick n pay. When we got there, we found a terminal with a sign written staff till and we went there for payment, however when we got there the staff who happens to be a store manager by the name of Tsholofelo had attitude towards us and said we should follow the que and when we asked about the staff till he said his staff doesn't have tills in other stores and that we aren't special. The signage did not specify which staff and I believe he should have put it in a right manner and even when we were still In front of him he proceeded by calling a next customer yet we were still asking about the till. His attitude was just out of line especially for a STORE MANAGER
