Good day, I would like to raise a complaint regarding the current Pick n Pay asap! scratch card competition promotion. The promotion states that customers receive a scratch card for every R500 spent. I placed and received my order today, which qualified for the promotion, however no scratch card was allocated to me on the app. When I checked the app afterwards, it showed that the scratch cards were “sold out.” I do not understand how scratch cards can already be sold out while the competition is still actively being advertised and running. This is quite disappointing as I made my purchase with the expectation of participating in the promotion according to the advertised terms. Please can you investigate this matter and advise why qualifying customers are unable to receive their scratch cards while the competition is still ongoing.
