Good day. My mom bought a 43" Telefunken plasma on the 07/12/2024. The tv was perfectly working from the above till late November 2025 when it became blank, no (screen showing) She then went back to Pick and Pay Jabulani Mall to return the tv on the 19/12/2025 as it was under warranty. The tv was taken and they promised to contact her after two weeks of which it never happened. She then went back to Pick and Pay Jabulani Mall recently to make follow up on which they told her that they can't fix nor replace the tv cause someone tried to temper with, of which that never happened. No one ever tried to temper with the tv. The service she got was poor cause firstly they never communicated with any one after taking the tv in. Secondly they lying saying someone tried to temper with the tv.
