Good customer service pick n pay steeldaale

Early this year In March I complained about bad service I had with pick and pay in steeldaale but today am very happy with the service as I said I logged a complain the manager by the name of Andrea it's a white guy called me and listen to my story coz I was very angry the time he ask me and he apologized for inconvenient that was created by someone else and he said what size was your tv and he gave me the new TV from the box 55 inches for free...I was so happy and he was assist by an India guyi for got his name big up to pick n pay u made 2020 to be a good year and, big up to hello Peter if it wasn't you guys i really don't know keep up the good work
