Good customer service from Pick n Pay Towers, Boksburg

I went into Pick n Pay Towers to buy a few things this past Friday. The Danone yogurt special, was out of stock. Nobody helped me and a lady from the Deli went to find out why the shelves were empty. She came back to say they were out of stock. I then went to the Managers booth to find out when they will be getting stock. The gentleman was not very helpful and said he did not know when they will get delivery. He offered no further assistance.

On receiving a sms to rate the shop, I sent a message back and advised of the problem. To my surprise I received a call on Saturday morning from the Store Owner, who apologized profusely and offered to call me as soon they received stock.

I have not received a call as yet, but just the fact that he took the time to call me and look into the matter, makes me feel that I, as a customer, am worth calling and assisting. It does not happen very often, so big thank you and thumbs up to Pick n Pay Towers.
