Good customer service at Pick n Pay Clothing

I bought 3 ribbed winter tops at the shop. They were on special offer with a discounted price. When I got home I found that one of them was marked in a wrong size. I bought the medium size, and this one was much bigger than the other two. Because I stay out in the country, far from the shop, I phoned the next morning and arranged that a friend also staying in my town would exchange the wrong top two days later when she would be in town. When she got to the shop, the assistants compared the wrong top with others on the shelf, and also found it to be much bigger than medium. However, they made my friend pay an extra R20, because the special offer had expired. I went to the shop myself a few days later, complained about the situation, and my R20 was refunded by the manager! I want to compliment this lady named Carin, for her cooperativeness and kind assistance. Though this was not a big amount she definitely went out of her way to keep me a loyal and satisfied customer of the shop!
