Good customer service

A big thanks to Julie for the great customer service she delivered today. I placed an online order and chose a certain time for the delivery. When I followed up on the app I saw that my delivery was delayed until tomorrow at a time I was not available. I called to cancel the order. A few minutes later Julie called me back and told me that she made arrangements for the delivery to take place today at a time when I am available. I appreciate her for going the extra mile! Great job!
