Good Customer Care Service

Having had a frustrating day with Pick n Pay's communications (wrong phone numbers on websites etc.) and a poor Online Shopping experience, I contacted Nosiphiwe at their Customer Care office. (Evidently this is based in Durban). My frustration was soon defused by the patience and excellent service that this lady performed. I do believe she went far and beyond her duties in assisting me. Kudos to this lady.
