Good Afternoon I would like to register my disgust with the Pick n Pay ASAP App and Pick n Pay La Lucia in Durban for refusing to assist me when I was returning a defective electrical appliance that was still under warranty. They told me to log a claim on the app; however, the app doesn't cater to this. The response from customer service was that I can't be assisted since my claim falls outside the claims criteria. Customers out there do not buy any appliances from the Pick n Pay app. It's a complete *******. If you want an exchange or a refund, they'll flatly refuse to assist.
