GOLF PARK store, uninterested Manager, safety problem

I tripped over a protruding piece of metal st the entrance and fell really hard. Hurt my knee, hip and shoulder. Went to Manageress, Tessa, who couldnt have been less interested. Not in the least concerned. I have had a knee replacement and that is what I hurt. Knee has been swollen since.
