Going the extra mile

I went to Pick n Pay Epsom Downs centre and had a lovely shopping experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The aisles of the store were very clean. Since I had sustained an injury and could not push a heavy trolley, the gentleman that was placing my grocery items in the shopping bags, walked with me to the car. He pushed the heavy trolley for me and helped me to place everything securely in the car. I was very impressed by the excellent customer service. Thank you so much #WIN
