Going out of his way to assist

I purchased a fairly large mirror for my bathroom yesterday. It couldnt fit into a trolley and so I had to balance it on top of the trolley. I tried to take it through a regular till point and it was too wide. I asked a one of the staff who was walking past and he said I should take it through a till regular till point despite me explaining to him that the mirror was too wide. He wears round specs and worked behind the cigarette counter yesterday((30/4/2015). Fortunately one of your staff Chistopher(short guy) approached me and offered me a larger trolley. He even took the time to write down the barcode and let me pay, then wheeled the mirror with the special trolley out to my car. The chap with the glasses doesnt deserve a job there. Christopher should be a manager.
