Going from bad to worse

I was at Pick n Pay , Viking branch in Epping on the 27th February to buy only 3 items. I couldn't get 2 of the 3 items , which was Pick n Pay's own No Name brand. I was very disgusted and sent an email to headoffice. I received feedback the next day , with a promise that someone from the branch will be in touch soon. I'm still waiting for the call. I was there again today , and what an experience. The branch had less stock than last time and again had NO stock of the No Name brands I was looking for. The store was also filthy dirty as something spilled , and they just put carton boxes over it. The shop is going from bad to worse and it's clear that the management don't care about the branch , and has no loyalty towards their customers. I wish they would close this branch so that a shop that really cares about their customers can open in its place. This is not the first complaint I laid against this branch , and I will keep on complaining until I get reaction
