Going extra mile

I went to Pick'n pay local in Garsfontein and I was looking for Damascus sweets, there was two employees packing the shelves so, I asked them where can I find sweets section. Lucky (the merchandiser) took me to the sweets section and apologises that they do not have Damascus sweets at that particular pick 'n pay however they have a Damascus chocolate and also give me alternatives. He took me to the sweets section with smile of his face and asked me if I would like to have alternative sweets, he went as far going to scan sweets prices for me and coming back to me to give me the prices, telling me about specials in the sweets department. I have never experienced such a great service from a staff member in any pick n pay and I am grateful. He went as far as asking if I am okay with everything I bought and if there is anything else still with a smile on his face and the willingness to assist.
