Go Banking Does It Again
It seems Nedbank and Pick n Pay still don't talk to each other about their Go Banking product.

The Go Banking website today states:

Credit Card
'Purchase the Fresh Living magazine on your credit card and we'll refund R17.90 into your card, and if you spend more than R1000, a month, at PnP we will credit your card with R10.50.'

Go Account
'Bank while you shop at Pick 'n Pay.
Get cash, mini statements, or your balance.
Make a deposit or pay your accounts.'

Regarding the Credit Card:
The Fresh Living magazine now costs R19.90, and the Service Fee has risen from R10.50 to R15.00 pm but the account credit remains at R10.50.

Regarding the Go Account:
Neither mini statements nor balances are available at Pick n Pay.

Does neither company have a person/department responsible to ensure that what is advertised is what the customer gets?
